Each church is separate

Every church's people, groups, attendance and giving are kept apart. One church never sees another's information.

People see only their part

Access follows each person's role and place: a group leader sees their group, a campus pastor their campus. Church admins can exclude parts of the church from someone's access.

Giving stays private

Group leaders and most staff see collective campaign progress only, never who gave or how much. Individual giving is visible only to people the church gives finance access.

Care notes have privacy levels

Notes on care needs can be limited to leadership, restricted, or private to the person who wrote them.

Every change is recorded

An audit log records who changed what and when.

Files for members only

Study handouts open only for signed-in members of that church.

Payments

Card payments, once a church connects Stripe, are handled by Stripe. iLeadGroups never stores card numbers.
