Made inside a church, for the church.

iLeadGroups began inside The Way World Outreach, where Discipleship Groups (DGs) meet across many cities. Leaders needed a simpler way to take attendance and care for their people. Pastors needed a clear picture of how every group was doing. Nobody wanted another spreadsheet.

So we built the tool we wished we had, and we use it every week. Now we're opening it to other churches who believe, like we do, that real discipleship happens in small groups, and that every person deserves to be known.

Small groups. Big impact.
Develop leaders. Care for people. Multiply disciples.
